Our Panhellenic Council at Tarleton State University is the coordinating body of the 5 National Panhellenic Conference sororities on campus. This council is composed of 7 executive members who are active sorority members that unbiasedly support all of the Panhellenic community.

​Why did you go Greek?  
One of the biggest reasons I went Greek was to find my home away from home! Coming into college, everything felt new and a little overwhelming, and I wanted a place where I could truly belong. Going Greek gave me that sense of community I was looking for! A group of women who support me, push me to grow, and make campus feel more connected. It’s more than just social events, it’s about building lifelong friendships, finding mentors, and being surrounded by people who genuinely care about each other and their success! Through this experience, I’ve found not just a place to fit in, but a place where I feel valued and at home!

I went Greek not only because I was a legacy, but also because I wanted to find a home that aligned with my values. At first, I was nervous about going through the recruitment process because I was afraid I wouldn’t find a chapter where I truly fit in. However, after going through recruitment in Fall 2025, I can confidently say that I found a group of women who align with me perfectly. They have become a strong support system, and I know they will always be there for me every step of the way.

​​Why did you go Greek?  
I chose to go Greek because of family. Leaving my four siblings when I moved away from home felt like the end of the world, but through Greek life, I found sisters who became my home away from home. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow not only within my chapter, but within Panhellenic as a whole. I have dedicated so much time, effort, and heart into this experience, and I would never change it for anything. The bonds I’ve built with Rho Gammas, PNMs, and my sorority sisters have created memories that will forever be some of my favorite parts of my time at Tarleton State.
