What is a Rho Gamma?
Your Rho Gamma is the first person you will get to know during recruitment! A Rho Gamma, or Recruitment Counselor, is an active member of one the 5 Panhellenic sororities who guides PNMs (Potential New Members) through the process of formal recruitment. Each Rho Gam is selected by the Vice President of Recruitment and Advisor for her positive attitude, ability to support, and willingness to go above and beyond for each PNM through this process.
Each woman serving as a Rho Gamma will have no contact and will disaffiliate from their chapter to be able to maintain an unbiased and neutral environment for the PNMs. Your Rho Gam is there to guide you through Recruitment week and provide the information you need. Remember, your Rho Gam has been through recruitment; she is there to be a helping hand and a listening ear during and after Recruitment!
